ANZÁ: THE SWEETEST COFFEE IN THE WORLD
Today we know that Chiroso is part of the Heirloom varieties – ancient seeds brought from Ethiopia! Liliana planted it a couple of years ago. It is harvested and mixed several days after collection, oxidized in mucilage and washed. The result is a tremendously sweet coffee with notes of passion fruit juice with panela water. A coffee for every day and all day long.
