FLORAL AND MILD COFFEE
Erika Yaguara is a wild coffee farmer. She decided to only plant exotic varieties and we felt in love with her love for every detail. In our Bouquet we decided to buy her Yellow Bourbon with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation. 36 hours in coffee cherry and other 36 hours in mucilage. The result tastes like a green tea with mango flavor being obviously super floral!
